Survived by his wife Kathleen; children Dustin (Stacy) Mulligan, Joseph (Carrie) Mulligan III, Elizabeth (David) Stevenson; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother James (Mary) Mulligan, Mary Jo (Mike) Bradley; nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL SERVICE 10:00am, Friday August 26, 2016 with visitation from 5-8:00pm Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the funeral home.
