Survived by her children Jacqueline Kay Murdock Phillips, Antone Wallace Phillips; grandchildren Erin Marie Broadway, LaShara Briana Tipler, Jacque Jordan Broadway, Milton Eugene Phillips, Kya Kay Phillips; great grandson Ramone Dupree Jefferson, Jr; siblings Joanne Alosi, Donna Rochelle Kimsey, Johnnie M. Murdock, Mack David Franklin; cousin Deborah Denise Chunn; nieces, nephews cousins, other relatives and friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE 2:00pm, Friday, September 9, 2016 with VISITATION on Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
