Nyle W. Bulanek, 89, of Marshalltown, IA, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Cremation rites were accorded and a private family burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Anderson Funeral Homes in Marshalltown. Nyle Bulanek was born December 2, 1928, to Charles and Ellen (Lavalle) Bulanek in Marshalltown. Nyle attended and graduated from Marshalltown High School. He was united in marriage to Betty Hauser on June 24, 1951 at the Methodist Church in Albion, IA. Nyle spent most of his career working as a laborer. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Marshalltown.
Nyle will be dearly missed by his wife of 66 years, Betty; his son, Mike Bulanek of Eagen, MN; and two granddaughters: Kathyrn and Claire Bulanek, also of Eagen. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Duane Bulanek.
