"In my tapestry of memories, besides my immediate family, Cindy probably has the most and most colorful threads in my childhood and youth. As cousins, we were fortunate to spend a lot of time together. We were blessed to be part of a loving and fun extended family. Walking to the Old Mill and Uncle Ted's store; swimming in or ice skating on the pond; ice skating on the Mississippi; sledding down the big hills; hiking in the woods; night-time hide and seek; VBS; dolls; games; Annie Annie Over; writing on your parents' dirty car - we had to wash it; sleepovers; playing in the barn . . . We will miss you! Peace and prayers for your family."
