MUSCATINE, Iowa - Jody L. Kincaid, 44, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 3 p.m. at the V.F.W. Post #1565, 1415 Grandview Ave, Muscatine. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Sharon Gordy for the Jody Kincaid Memorial Account.

Jody was born on August 10, 1973, in Iowa City, the daughter of Kerry Eugene Smith and Sharon Gordy and Larry 'Slick' Dean Grenko. She was a graduate of Muscatine High School, class of 1992. Her marriages included Stan O'Brien, Jimmy Woltzen, D.R. Tresslar and Shane Kincaid.

She was a computer technician and had worked with her step-father and brother at several machine shops, she had also worked for On Time Delivery, and as a warranty clerk at several car lots. She had an entrepreneur spirit and was willing to try new experiences. She enjoyed horses, loved animals, rescuing and finding homes for many, and she enjoyed teaching babies to swim at the Y.

Those left to honor her memory her husband, Shane Kincaid of Muscatine; her children, Looney Brian O'Brien and wife, Ashley, and their children, Xeyndren, Xavier, and Xailey, all of Muscatine, Avery Morgan of Muscatine, Hunter Tresslar of North Liberty, Drayven Ribbink of Muscatine; her parents, Kerry Eugene Smith of Muscatine, her mother, Sharon Gordy; one brother, Larry Dean Grenko II and wife, Karra, of Muscatine; and two sisters, Tatina Grenko and Karry Whitmore of Muscatine, and Melonie Devol of Michigan. She is also survived by Dawson Kincaid of Illinois City, Landen Kincaid of Macon, Missouri, and her and Shane's dog, Chino.

She is preceded in death by her step-father, Larry 'Slick' Grenko on July 19, 2014.
