Helen C. O'Neill
August 11, 1923 - April 10, 2018

Helen C. O'Neill, 94 of Horsham PA, formally of Seaford, MD died Tuesday in the Ambler Extended Care.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Helen (nee Presgrave) Taylor.

She was a graduate ofMurrell Dobbins High School, Philadelphia, Pa, Class of 1941.

Helen worked as a Secretary, employed by Upper Dublin School District until her retirement in 1973.

Mrs. O'Neill was a member of Galestown United Methodist Church, was active in a Widows Group in Seaford and donated her time knitting baby hats for Nanticoke Memorial Hospital

Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband Frank O'Neill in 1994 as well as her siblings Albert, Robert, Ruth and Jean. She is the loving mother of Frank O'Neill IV and his wife Kim of Horsham, and Gail Brown and her husband Bob of Lansdale. She is the dearly loved grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 5.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday April 14, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM with Rev. Eric Dorville officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Ambler.
