Pieter Vito Simone of Port Angeles passed away Wednesday April 11, 2018 at 4:15 p.m. at Highland Medical Center in Burien, WA . Pieter was born on October 17, 1949 in Queens, NY. He loved music and had several musical instruments. Pieter was a very bright man. He had a masters in Electrical Engineering. He was born to the Parents of Josta Van Lenning of Holland and Vito Simone an Italian man in Queens NY.
He is survived by his brother Robert (Bob) Granier of Indianola, WA and Roberts wife Sandra Granier of Indianola, his nephew Ted Granier (Leah)of Resuce,CA and niece Julianna Thiel (James) of Tacoma, WA, niece Samantha Johnson (Renan) of Indianola, WA. Pieter had several good friends that he enjoyed being around.
