Jeffrey A. Kelly was born on January 9, 1957. His parents were William (a local attorney and county judge) and Jeanette Kelly. He has two brothers, William H. Kelly (deceased) and J. Terence Kelly who currently lives in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Coleman Catholic High School, he attended Barry University & studied astronomy and physics at Northwestern University. He suffered from liver disease that ultimate took his life. He was passionate about helping others, playing the piano and organ which he played for the local churches and he was always interested in local politics.
Entrusted to the care of A. Carr and Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 where family and friends may visit on Tuesday October 17, 2017 from 10am to 1pm.
