THOMAS BECKLEY JR.
MUSCATINE, Iowa - Thomas H. Beckley Jr, 66, of Muscatine, and formerly of Shiremanstown, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018, at his home.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Muscatine Tennis Association in Tom's honor and may be mailed to the funeral home at 1931 Houser Street.

He was the son of Thomas H. and Anna Beckley of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He was a 1969 graduate of Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School. He was an avid tennis player and was very involved with promoting the sport to the youth of Muscatine.

Tom is survived by his wife, Dawn Beckley and his beloved dog, Sadie; his brothers, Scott Beckley and wife, Althea, of Reading, Pennsylvania, and Jeffrey Beckley of Geneva, Illinois; a brother-in-law, Blair Christie and wife, Emily, of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his sister-in-law, Cathie Christie of Sarasota, Florida. Tom was the favorite uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
