Opal Maxine Danielson
April 11, 1924 - April 30, 2018

Maxine passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home. The family will greet friends on Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Opal Maxine Danielson, daughter of Clark D. and Irene Pearl (Jackson) Stephens, was born on April 11, 1924 in Fisher Township, Iowa. She passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 94.

Maxine grew up in the Shenandoah area. She graduated from Shenandoah High School. On December 24, 1942 she was united in marriage to William "Bill" C. Danielson in Marysville, Missouri. She worked at J.C. Penney's for over 25 years.

Maxine was a loving and dedicated wife and mother. She enjoyed doing various craft projects, sewing, ceramics, and macramé. She also was an avid gardener and enjoyed baking delicious treats for her family and friends. Maxine and Bill enjoyed traveling to various states to see family and friends. In her later years spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her much joy.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and three sisters. She is survived by her three sons; Darrell Danielson and wife Cathy of Yucca Valley, California, Stephen Danielson of Omaha, Nebraska and Devin Danielson and wife Becky of Shenandoah, 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

May God grant comfort and strength to all those who mourn Maxine's loss. This beautiful woman with such a heart of gold, has gone home to be reunited with her loved ones.
