"Dear Jagleman family, I send my biggest hugs and sympathies you. I met Rich at OCC golf course, we connected over both being born in London. I always joked that I would take him back whenever I visited family. I didn't know Rich as well as I would have liked, but from the times that I did, he was the kindest, nicest man. So sweet and funny, he got my British humour. He would post little British flags on my Facebook here and there that made me smile. I'm still in utter shock, and cannot imagine you're pain. Rich was loved by many and I pray that you all stay strong in this time and rejoice in the wonderful memories of him. Much love, Cherie Ella xxx"

Maureen Sullivan wrote on May 7, 2018:

"Dear Ann, Sally, Jane and Amanda, Tyler and Katelyn, Your son, brother and father was truly loved by you and loved you, too! It is my hope that you feel the love, prayers and kind, soothing thoughts being sent your way. When David was in the hospital and had excruciating shoulder pain I was reading to him and the next quote was: "When someone says a prayer for you, an angel comes and sits on your shoulder." Today, you all must feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. I have a new quote from Julie Hanna for you all: "When I cry, I'll remember to stand in the sun so that my tears will become tiny rainbows." Your Richard/Daddy is remembered as kind, fun, handsome, athletic and a great chef!!! With love, Maureen Sullivan, M.D. Xxx's"
