Megan Niffenegger wrote on May 21, 2018:

"I have such fond memories of spending time at the Hefley's home growing up as their neighbor on Kellogg Ave. Wayne always had a warm smile and joyful laugh. I'll never forget the detailed planning of the tree house in the backyard the carefree summer days we spent playing with Laura, Mindy and Allison. I hope that Wayne's memory is a blessing to those he leaves behind. Sending love and wishes for peace and healing, Megan (Eernisse) Niffenegger"
