Jan Ellen Owens, age 59, the daughter of John J. and Harriet A. (Hult) Kusleika, was born September 30, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska. She passed away May 17, 2018 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Jan is survived by her husband, Tom Owens; daughters, Becky (Nic) Townsend and Shauna (Jake Williams) Owens; sister-in-law, Barb Kusleika; brothers-in-law, Ron (Dawn) Owens and Richard (Konda) Owens; sister-in-law, Mary Reames; brother-in-law, Timothy (Traci) Owens; sister-in-law, Theresa (Steve) Stambaugh; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Harriet Kusleika; sister, Anita Kusleika; brother, Randal Kusleika.
Celebration of Life Service will be 7:00 P.M., Friday, May 25 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Private inurnment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
