Easter she would boil up all those eggs so we could color them and find them Easter morning. She loved her knick knacks also that she had found at various places. My sister tells me she had in the garden geese statues dressed up with little outfits in the flowerbed. We always had everything we needed/wanted and mom would make sure of that. She loved sitting by the fire so now whenever we have one I will think of her?"

"My sister, Maureen was a beautiful person inside and out. She was kind and caring and would do anything for or give anything she had to someone who needed it. She was a strong person who worked her way through the many difficult times in her life. She was a good friend to those she met along the way. Maureen was a loving mom and grandma and a great sister. She loved living in Florida because the warm weather was kinder on her arthritis but she missed her family every day. Her greatest pleasure was coming home to visit with her kids and grand kids. She loved to bring them little surprises and treasured the pictures her grand kids made for her. She will be remembered and missed by all those whose lives she touched. We love you Maureen."
