Minerva Adeline Reimann, 93 of Rushford, died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.
Minerva was born May 3, 1925 in North Prairie to Arthur & Minnie (Hongerholt) Johnson. On June 30, 1942, she married Jacob Reimann. Minerva worked for Lanesboro Produce and Rush Products. She was a member of Whalan Lutheran Church.
Minerva enjoyed crocheting, knitting, embroidery, cards and vacations to New Mexico. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought much joy to her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Harriet (Paul) Douglas; son, Jerry (Lynn) Reimann; grandchildren, Lori (Jeff) Aufderhar, Nancy (Kevin) House, Jennifer (Brandon) Ferrier, Paul (Kristin) Reimann & Mark Reimann; great-grandchildren, Jesse, Jarad, Steven, Amanda, Kaitlin, Connor, Rachel, Jenna, Emily & Alex; sisters, Muriel Holland, Levina Sveen & Darlene Hanson; brothers, Everett Johnson and Arlyn Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jacob and sisters, Inez Hogie, Verna Pope and an infant sister.
Funeral Service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Whalan Lutheran Church with the Reverend Pat Hinkie officiating. Visitation will be 12 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Whalan Lutheran Church or Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.
