Catherine Martin, 82, of Sarasota Florida , passed away on 06/25/2018.
Catherine was born in Brooklyn, New York on 09/26/1935. She graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas HS in Brooklyn, NY.

Catherine was married to Antonio C. Martin on 01/08/1955, they were married 58 years. She enjoyed being a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her free time playing cards, bingo, and was actively involved in The Catholic Church.

Catherine is survived by her children: Artie and Dawn, Tony and Cathy, Theresa, Caren and Joe.
Seven grandchildren: Serena, Charity, Elisabeth, Charlene, Tony, Victoria, and Vanessa, Tommy, and Diana.
She had seven great grandchildren: James, Mateo, Jaxon, Maddy, Ava, Sophia and Steven.
A memorial service will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery, where she will join her husband for eternity and heaven. We want to thank all of our family and friends for your kindness and condolences during this sad time. Catherine was the matriarch of her family and we will continues to build on her legacy of love and kindness.
