December 31, 1958 - June 25, 2018

Tim J. Frank, 59, of Dakota City, NE passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at a local hospital.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in South Sioux City, NE. Burial will be in Omaha Valley Cemetery in rural Homer, NE. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at River Hills Church in South Sioux City, NE. Arrangements are under the direction of Mohr Funeral Home in South Sioux City, NE.

Tim was born on December 31, 1958 in Sioux City, IA, the son of Merle and Harriet (Orr) Frank. He graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1978 and began working at Cargill Nutrena Feeds on February 22, 1979 and continued working for them for 39 years. Tim married Debbie Henke on September 20, 1991 at Dakota City, NE. They were blessed with a daughter, Jessica.

Tim was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. He loved Husker football, hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He also enjoyed weekly coffee with his siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie (Henke) Frank; daughter, Jessica (Josh) Swafford of Omaha, NE; brothers, Ron (Pat) Frank of Dakota City and Dan (Pat) Frank of Boyd, Texas; sisters, Karen (Robert) McKernan, Janet (Gary) Johnson, and Donna (Doyle) Kelly, all of South Sioux City, Marge (Keith) Atkins, Cindy (Robert) Guy, and Vicki (Jerry) Hulit, all of Homer, and Carol (Randy) Neal of Dakota City; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Harriet Frank; and three nephews.
