Barbara Maddox, 80 of Davie, Florida passed away July 9, 2018. She was a Native of South Florida coming from Miami. Barbara is survived by her children, Larry and his wife Tammy Maddox, Lori Maddox and Sherry Lynn, her sister Patricia Pittman, her grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Trey, Hall and Bobby and her seven great grandchildren. Family request in lieu of flowers donations in Barbara's name may be sent to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
