Dr. Harry Preuss wrote on Aug 5, 2018:

"The world has lost an exceptional man who possessed a brilliant mind and, unfortunately,we have lost a dear and faithful friend. Dallas was a kind and generous person with a superior intellect who could quote answers to nutrition and scientific questions with amazing speed and always had the references to instantly support his replies. He possessed a remarkable sense of humor as well as the ability to inform you of being totally wrong without ever being offensive. His writing skills were well recognized and we used him often to proof read manuscripts. We could be assured that upon return, half the commas in the manuscript would be removed but the English would be remarkably improved . We will sorely miss the frequent communication via e mail and phone we had with him.He was our final source of truth on matters dealing with a host of subjects... dietary supplements, industrial gossip and politics to name a few. We will miss the good-natured responses he gave to our always friendly teasing. Farewell good friend and rest in peace. God Bless Dr.Harry Preuss and Bonnie Preuss"

Kimberly Money wrote on Jul 31, 2018:

"Dr. Clouatre was a great man of intellect, science and humor. He had such an amazing mind. Just knowing he was in our lives brought me comfort and strength. Dr. Clouatre was a business associate for over 25 years and assisted me personally in a health issue I was experiencing. I heard him speak and caught him after the meeting to ask about my issue. He graciously answered and it changed my life. For many years if there were a scientific question we could not find an answer for, we would contact Dr. Clouatre. He always answered, gave freely of his time and was so committed to the science of health. He was just a giant in health and research. He will be forever honored and thoroughly missed. I am praying for comfort for his family and friends. Kim Money"
