Nicholas J. Beverforden
January 5, 1987 - August 24, 2018

Nicholas J. "Big Beave" Beverforden, age 31, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away at 3:40 pm on August 24, 2018. Born on January 5, 1987 in Fort Wayne, he was the son of James and Georgene (Savage) Beverforden.

Nicholas attended Columbia City High School and went on to further his education at Ivy Tech. He held various jobs in many different locations over the years and most recently worked for Eric Mullins with Windows, Doors, and More, a job Nicholas absolutely loved.

Nicholas enjoyed woodworking, refinishing furniture, spending time with his nieces, nephews, and friends, in addition to listening to all varieties of music and gambling, especially playing the lottery.

Survivors include his mother GiGi Beverforden of Fort Wayne; brothers Jim (Jillian) Beverforden of Columbia City and Mark (Starla) King of Anderson, IN; 2 nieces and 4 nephews. He was preceded in death by his father James Beverforden and grandparents.

A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday September 7, 2018 at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, with calling two hours prior to service.
