"I did not get a chance to talk with you at Legacy during your mom's last days. It was evident you were seeing her through this difficult passage. They call this disease "a long goodbye," but it must still be difficult to let go. Thinking of you and your family. We will miss seeing you and having Doris as part of our extended family at Legacy. "Knowing daughter Deborah since 1978 also meant I fondly knew Doris Perry. Doris was a beautiful lady who knew the love of her Lord and shared such love in her contacts with others. She was loving and loved. Her final week with Deborah at her side attested to the best of how to provide comfort and care. She will be missed and may her example change us."
