Scott L. Christopherson, 62, of Rochester, MN died Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at his residence.
Scott Lee Christopherson was born May 12, 1956 to Stanley and Shirley (Copeman) Christopherson in Preston, MN. He graduated from John Marshall High School in 1974. He started working at IBM while attending RCTC. He married Cheryl Wagner in 1980 in Rochester, the couple later divorced. He retired in 2013 from IBM. Scott enjoyed golfing, playing poker, reading, watching the MN Vikings and MN Twins, woodworking and camping with family.
He is survived by his daughters, Jenna (Evan) Cook of Rochester, MN, Becky (Joe) Poehls of Madison, WI, Cassie Christopherson of Milwaukee, WI and Tessa Christopherson of Sioux Falls, SD; two grandchildren, Braden and Bryce; and his siblings, Steve (Marolee) Christopherson of Rochester, MN and Sher (Jim) Wood of Rochester. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Place NW Rochester, MN 55901). Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
