"Linda, Edwina, Debinee, Shawn, Lantz and family. Some of my memories of my grandparents business include Hans and Herb. I loved going into the shop and seeing them having the Ford tractors split. They were both honest, hard-working men. I recall the wavy hair-style Hans had back then. Hans also gave me my very first motorcycle ride when I was maybe 4 - I loved the feeling of the wind in my hair. I appreciated his encouragement and leadership when we attended the Cedar Falls Church of Christ together... where I would sometimes ride my own motorcycle to services. The world would do well if there were more like Hans. Thank you all for sharing him with us - I know I am richer for having known Hans."

"i have know Hans since the family moved to Bristow. I was in 7th grade and he was in 8th grade I believe. I saw Hans and Linda every year at the Bristow School Reunion until last year. I was sorry he was too ill to come to the 2018 reunion. They were missed. 2018 was our last year of holding the reunion. May he rest in peace and know his job was done well."

I am comforted by the verse in 2 Corinthians 5:8 that tells us "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". May you find peace and comfort knowing about his salvation. "

"My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. Losing someone you love is truly difficult and I know Hans will be missed. Please know our Heavenly Father holds out promises that can help us with our sorrow. One such promise is that death soon will be done away with forever (Revelations 21:4) and another promise is that "there is going to be a resurrection"(Acts 24:15). I pray these promises from God, who cannot lie (Titus 1:2) brings you comfort. For more comfort from the Bible, visit www. jw. org."
