Terry Virock
October 31, 1932 - October 3, 2018

Terry Alyn Virock, 85 of Houston, died unexpectedly at Valley View Healthcare and Rehab on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.
Terry was born October 31, 1932 in Houston to Deloin and Adeline (Norton) Virock. He graduated from Houston High School in 1950. Terry served his country honorably in the United States Navy from 1950 - 1953. On April 26, 1956 he married Joan Omodt. Terry worked for many local companies as a truck driver for over 50 years.
He was a member of the Houston American Legion and Brownsville VFW. Terry enjoyed snowmobiling, boating and talking - he could talk all day if you wanted. But most important, Terry treasured time spent with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Peter Virock, Lee Virock, Cari (Paul) Marino, Kris Virock and Ross Virock; 7 grandchildren, Shane (Lindsey) Krumrie, Zachary (Ginny) Virock, Allison (Steve) Boldt, Megan (Ryan) Johnson, Justine Virock, Jacob Rogich and Nicole Rogich; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers and sister, Jacob (Terre) Virock, Scott (Cindy) Virock, Marcie (Tom) Zenanko, Shawn (Terri) Virock and many nieces and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; son, Brian Virock; sister, Nancy Matthews and a brother, Edmund Virock.
A Memorial Service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Looney Valley Lutheran Church with the Reverend Kari Charboneau officiating. He will be laid to rest at Silver Creek Cemetery with the American Legion Arnet Sheldon Post 423 will conduct Military Honors. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m., Friday at Hoff Funeral & Cremation Service - Houston and one hour prior to the service at church.
