Esther Louise Keator, 99, of Hurley, passed peacefully Tuesday evening, October 2, 2018 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family
She was born on April 22, 1919 in Eureka, New York and was the daughter of the late Ward and Rae Dierfelter. Esther was the wife of the late James Keator.
Esther was a graduate of Ellenville High School and the Spencer School of Business in Kingston. For several years she had worked as a secretary for the law firm of N. Jansen Fowler.
Esther had been an active member of the Hurley Reformed Church, she enjoyed crocheting and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice Keator Noto and her husband David Noto. A granddaughter Jessica Keator Noto, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
The Memorial Service will be held at the Hurley Reformed Church on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
