She is survived by her daughter Crystal Curtis; 3 beautiful granddaughters, Jaeda, Rosa, and Kiani: her mother, JoAnn Smith: brother, Brandon Curtis: sisters, Leigh Ann Curtis, Sarah(Steve) VanDerSluis and 6 nieces and nephews
