Shirley Reba Brisby
July 25, 1935 - October 24, 2018

Shirley Reba Brisby, 83, of Keokuk, passed away Wednesday morning, October 24, 2018, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

Shirley was born July 25, 1935, in Laddonia, Missouri, the daughter of Robert Harold and Carolina Ehrlich Dillard. She was united in marriage to William H. Brisby in 1954, at Mexico, Missouri. To that union was born two daughters, Janet and Brenda. She and William later divorced. She had worked in health care and then was co-owner/operator of DeLuxe Cleaners with her companion, Roy Brown. Shirley loved to grow and tend her flowers, spend time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and her brother and his family.

She is survived by two daughters, Janet (Gene) Willcutt of Jasper, Indiana and Brenda (Reynold) Stout of Keokuk; three granddaughters, LeAnn (Andy) Baum, Kristy Willcutt, and Beth Willcutt; three great-grandchildren, Craig, Marcus and Kelsey Baum; a brother, Phillip "Sonny" (Virgie) Dillard of Mexico, Missouri; and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her companion, Roy Brown.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 29, 2018, at Laddonia Cemetery in Laddonia, Missouri.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 Sunday, October 28, at DeJong-Greaves Celebration of Life Center at 917 Blondeau Street in Keokuk, Iowa.

Memorials are suggested for City of Christmas or the donor's choice.
