Hazel Elbert wrote on Nov 3, 2018:

"To Pat's family, my deepest sympathy and condolences on your loss of Pat, such a warm, kind and gentle lady. Ron always enjoyed talking with Pat and reminiscing about their adventures while in school in Algona - the school queen and the twin cousins who campaigned to promote her selection. She and Ron can now recall those "good times" together as Ron left this life on February 27, 2018, at the age of 82. We miss him dearly as I am sure you all will have the same feelings about the loss of your mother. May your memories of Pat be a blessing to the family. With much love and warm hugs for each of you. Hazel Elbert and the Ron Elbert family."
