Edith E. Frisque
October 26, 1929 - November 4, 2018

Edith Frisque, of Antigo, died Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Rosalia Gardens under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 89 years old. She was born on October 26, 1929, in Germany.

She married Bozidar Adamov in Germany. The couple moved to the United States and started a family in Chicago. They later divorced. She married Sam Piraino, he preceded her in death. She then married Floyd Frisque in 1986 in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death on July 8, 2011.

She was an animal lover who owned horses, dogs and wolves. She worked in security for the Langlade County Humane Society and hosted a number of foreign exchange students from Japan.

Edith owned and operated the G&E Ranch Bar in Gleason for several years.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Adamov, Antigo, Greg (Sherry) Piraino, Crosby, Mississippi; three daughters, Barbara (Randy) Ruhlman, Oklahoma, Jacqueline Adamov, Antigo, Theresa Barnick, Clintonville; three grandchildren, Tandy Larsen, Troy Cunningham, Bobby Adamov; several great-grandchild; a sister, Hildegard Palermo, in Scicily; and two brothers Alfred and Ludwig both in Germany.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents Ludwig and Erna Wolf, a grandson Donald Cunningham, and a brother Karl.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Dana Schindler officiating. Burial will take place in Town of Neva, Bohemian National Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
