"Jay was born in Bremerton on August 4 1957 and passed away November 5 2018. I miss him so much. We had our issues of course but he was here almost every day for the past 33 years. I think about him always and miss him terribly. I picked his ashes up last week and i talk to him every day. He was a big part of my life. He ls survived by four daughters Rhiannon Yancey Jennifer Buckley Sian Phillips Angela Johnson and a son Jeffrey Lucas. 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He had two sisters Adrianne seigal and Diana Roth and a brother Todd Bentley. He is also survived by his dad Gerald Yancey and many nieces and nephews. RIP Jay we love and miss you"
