"Always a smile, and a genuinely good man. I only wish I would have known him longer, and had the chance to bullshit a little more often with Dale. He was always fun and easy going. I know he is proud of his boys, and grand kids. May his positive outlook on life carry you all through these challenging times, and continue to help others in his memory. "

"I told Dale I was going to Citgo, they had a tow truck, he said they wont get him out either ? But they did. Wesley didn't want to pay because they didn't pull him out, so I paid. Dale said don't let Wesley drive home, I said I wont , he was celebrating the news of our first child that night, and Dale was the one of the first to know. Needless to say a few weeks later I stopped and Dale had a new tow truck. I said nice truck and we had a good laugh. Dale will be missed ."

"It was the winter of 1993, we had a lot of snow that year. Wesley was doing donuts in a field out on 113, he got stuck, snow covering the wheels. I drove my car into Lodi, went to Dales garage for a tow. He said he didn't have a tow truck, but he had 4 men with 4wd trucks, so he sent them They couldn't poll him out , too much snow"

"Dale saved my life in January 1978. I will never forget this man with a big smile and a bigger heart. Dale was working as an EMT and if were not for his persistence with St Mary?s emergency room, I would not have lived. Forever, Dale has been in my prayers not only for what he did for me, but what he did for my brother Greg. May Dale find eternal peace for all the many lives he touched and saved or turned around. To Dales family.....it?s hard to lose your hero, he deserves eternal rest. May God Bless all of you. I share in your grief. He will be missed,"

"I was fortunate enough to go on several motorcycle trips with Dale, a couple of them were just Dale and I. One of them we road to the west coast including Washington ,Oregon and California. I will never forget how easy he was to travel with. Like, " Dale you ready to stop and eat ? " or " Dale you ready to get a hotel for the night " Easy going Dale's reply was always the same." I don't care whatever you want to do". Not only was he easy going, he was also a lot of fun when we would stop at the end of the day and have a couple drinks and discuss the days events from the road. Gonna miss him a ton, he was a true friend . Hang in there Tim and Dan !"

"This makes my heart hurt,so many fond memories! When he had DJ's he hosted a pool tournament with Fast Eddy,I was 17 years old. over a hundred people entered and I won it! That night at bar time DJ's filled up and some guy said you won the tournament? Then threw a hundred dollar bill on the pool table and said you ain't shit I bet a 100 I can beat you,I looked at Dale and he said you are covered. I won the break and the guy never got a shot. The whole place watched. What a Very Cool memory for me, My eyes are wet with tears,He was an inspiration to me as a young man."

"I have such great memories of Dale coming to help me in times of trouble, from go to Black River Falls to pick up 4 ladies that were stranded after we went to the CranberryFest to helping me out of a ditch, pick up cars at our house to fix. What a GUY!! Always smiling My life has been real busy these last few years, but when ever I saw he was smiling. You Sons have some big shoes to fill and I am sure he raised you so you could accomplish that. So Sorry for your loss. Vicki Kepler"
