"I knew Jack and Melinda through Mental Health Associates, and later when i did testing for Dr. Peter Jackson. Before the days of getting material online, I worked for Jack getting professional articles copied at the UW Memorial Library. I send love and prayers to Melinda. Jack was a fine man."

"I met Jack through Melinda. Melinda was my therapist and sometimes my entire family came to therapy and Jack would co-facilitate! I remember him as being very kind and soft spoken, and intimidating with a full dark beard and being very tall. Melinda and Jack made a very sweet couple. I wish you the best Melinda. I am sorry for your loss."

"So many good memories of Jack. His cousin Ralph remembers their time together at their grandparents and what a great tennis player and musician Jack was.
I remember how engaged with life he was. One Halloween he was visiting our home in Carver Mn. We had many children coming to the door to trick or treat. Jacks job was to hand out candy. Of the 75 some kids coming to the door, Jack engaged every one of them in a short conversation always letting them know he was impressed with their costume. I on the other hand was impressed with Jack!

"This morning, November 25, 2018, I noticed an obituary of a psychologist that I went to for four months when I was forty. Jack Bailey. I went to him in 1980 for an intense four months. I was facing in four months a hysterectomy because of uterine growths that might or might not have been malignant. I had four children that would or would not be raised by me going forward. I needed grounding that I didn?t feel in order to face whatever so that I could help my kids with the whatever also. It all turned out well.
Jack schooled me very well in the whys of my upbringing or really lack of upbringing.
He got me reading books on the subject. His attitude of cherishing my existence was filling up a deep dark hole that I had been walking around my whole life so as not to fall in. He was an angel of mercy in my life?s journey.
I heard a year or so ago that Jack had Alzheimer?s and was disconnected. I called out in pain that evening before going to sleep. Now he sleeps with the Angels. Deservedly.
