"Valerie was the BEST Veterans Service Officer I ever had the privilege of working with. She was extremely well informed, provided exceptional service to us vets and willingly went the extra mile to assist us. Valerie knew how to word our claims so the VA would at least take them in consideration. Her ability to communicate with veterans and their families was extraordinary. She had my respect and has been greatly missed since her retirement! My deepest sympathy goes to her family. Terry Schwanke"
