Lynn Hough, 78 of Webster City, IA, formerly of Glenwood, IA, passed away November 30, 2018 in Webster City.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood. Burial will be in the Thurman Cemetery. Visitation at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A visitation at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center in Webster City will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Memorial: Directed to ACE Building in Webster City, the Bloom Senior Center in Glenwood, or the Glenwood Fire Department

Lynden "Lynn" Dean Hough, son of Lynn and Velma VanRenan Hough, was born, May 7, 1940 in Missouri Valley and died, Friday, November 30, 2018 at Southfield Wellness Community. He graduated from Glenwood High School in 1958. Lynn moved to Webster City in 1972 to work at Central Iowa Stockyard. In 2003 he began working for the Iowa Department of Transportation. He owned J&L Storage with Jim Fortune for 14 years and owned Hough Storage until 2018.

Lynn is survived by his son, Lynn Ray Hough of California; sister, Bonnie Millsap of Glenwood; niece, Karen Gonzalez of Council Bluffs; great-nieces, Danielle Frazier and Kaylyn Poe; great-nephew, Jordan Poe; great-great-nephew, Brantley Garst; special friend, Ruth and countless friends with many memories.

In addition to his parents, Lynn was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dwight Millsap.

Lynn was baptized at the First Christian Church in Glenwood. He was a former member of the Elks and the Moose Family Center.
