During this past year,
We have seen grief from many different circumstances,
While you are hurting from the death of one you love.
We share in your sadness.
On Sunday, December 2, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. we will have a
"Celebration of Love and Remembrance"
Our service here at Lunning Chapel is offered,
Not to be sad, but to reinforce our gratefulness
For memories shared and lives lived.
We invite you and your family to join us.
Following the service, refreshments will be served.
The evening before, on Saturday, December 1, 2018, we will be adorning the front lawn of our funeral home with a lighted luminary to recognize those we have lost this past year. Please know we offer this luminary to your family in hopes that the eternal light of your loved one remain lit always.
We invite you to drive by this evening, stop and reflect.
On our Memorial Christmas Tree there will be an ornament
in memory of your loved one. We invite you to take
the ornament home and hang on your tree. As you leave the funeral home, please take time to locate your loved one's luminary as well, and continue to light it throughout the holiday season.
In the event, you cannot attend;
You may request your ornament and luminary
any time after the service, during the holiday season.
The items may also be shipped to your home.
