"Our condolences to the DeArmoun Family. We were neighbors of Darl and his parents. On my first day of school in the Fall of 1949, Darl came over and sort of drug me on the bus because I was scared and reluctant to go. After we got to Dumont, he showed me where my first grade room was. After we moved to Aplington, I never seen him much but never forgot him but I did see once in Mabel's restaurant a couple years ago. Memories, now from Marion, Iowa "

"I am so sorry for your loss. My Dad just loved visiting with your Dad. He talked of him often. I know his loss is hard, just remember he is now cancer free, flying free and of course having coffee with Dad daily, there is alot to catch up on since Dad's death :) . Take Care, you are in our prayers the coming weeks, months and beyond! Lisa Lewis"
