"Dear Helen - One of my earliest memories of you was you scolding Curtis for pulling my hair! You were my best friend Fred's Mom! Your husband Pete was one of my most favorite people for years and years! Your daughter, Fred, is one of the best people I have ever known - you did that, that's your kid! Good job and thank you! I remember several midnight drives and lots of long talks about life. You and Fred were the first ones to know I was pregnant at 16. You bought her a little purple onesie way before she was born and we knew she was a girl! I remember you taking me to get my first lottery ticket and I also remember some fun times that I will not mention but for sure I am smiling and I bet you are too!
Until we meet again! I love you! "
