"I am honored that the nickname ,Turtle, I gave you so many decades ago stuck with you until the end. It was around 1970 or so. A bunch of us got together at my parents' house. I noticed the slow, steady deliberate pace when you walked as well as your head bobbing. That reminded me of a turtle. I mentioned it and everyone loved it. I am duly honored to have known you. I remember you as such a likable guy. In fact, everyone liked you. You were very social and always a true friend to everyone. May your spirit fly high, Turtle, as you shed your shell and spread your wings. You now remind me of a noble bird. RIP. "
