Audrey Irene Ourada
June 19, 1926 - January 8, 2019

Audrey Ourada, of Antigo, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Rosalia Gardens under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 92 years old. She was born on June 19, 1926, in Bryant, a daughter of George and Irene (Plzak) Hartman. She married George Ourada on August 18, 1951, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Antigo. He preceded her in death on June 11, 2001.

She was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1944.

Audrey raised her family in Antigo. From 1979 to 1990 she and her husband owned and operated the Hi-way Motel in Antigo.

She was a member of SS Mary and Hyacinth Catholic Church and its Rosary Society, the Sparks-Doernenburg American Legion Post 3, Auxillary, sang with the Sweet Adelines and was a volunteer at Aspirus Langlade Hospital.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Hayes and fiancé Ron Pospychalla, Antigo, Marjorie Pondell, Madison; two sons, Robert (Lisa) Ourada, Chippewa Falls, Gerald (Lisa) Ourada, Broomfield, Colorado; nine grandchildren, Nathan Hayes, John Hayes, Elizabeth (Adam) Stickney, Angela (Daniel) Griffith, Jill (Michael) Garza, Kaitlyn (Brian) Melody, Christopher Ourada, Ryan Ourada and fiancé Sreymom Chan, Shannon Ourada; six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Ourada; a brother, James Hartman; her first husband, Eugene Flemming; and step-mother, Dottie Hartman.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church with Rev. Mathew Simonar officiating. Entombment will take place at Queen of Peace Mausoleum.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Bradley Funeral Home and 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. A parish wake service will be held at 4:30 p.m. and the rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
