Les "Dean" Buseman
February 17, 1958 - January 11, 2019

Les "Dean" Buseman, 60, of Dumont, Iowa, passed away Friday, January 11, 2019, at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

He was born on February 17, 1958, in Hampton, to Norman and Louise (Freese) Buseman. Les attended Dumont Community Schools. He was married to Cindy Schipper on November 19, 1976; they later divorced.

Les was a hard worker. He drove truck, farmed, and owned and operated C & L Services. Les enjoyed farming, raising cattle and his farmall tractors. He also enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley and was a lifetime Eagles fan. Les was a member of the Dumont Reformed Church.

Les is survived by his sons Justin (Missy) Buseman of Janesville and Travis (Heather) Buseman of Aredale, grandchildren Logan, Addison "Boo" and Linzee, sisters Dixie (Scott) Krause, Mona (Gene) Storm, Teresa (Darwin) Butson and Valerie (Jay) Harmon, aunts and uncles Harold (Ruth) Buseman, Alvin (Peggy) Buseman, Nadine (Allan) Popinga and Carolyn (Dan) Dodd, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Norman and Louise, son Levi, and grandsons Aidan and Gage.
