In loving memory of

Adam Anthony Haag
April 4, 1981 - January 10, 2019

Oshkosh, WI - Adam A. Haag, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 9, 2019.

Adam was born on April 4, 1981 in Madison, WI to Larry Haag and Mary (Maasch) Slattery. He moved to Iron Mountain in 1994 and graduated from Kingsford High school in 1999. He attended American Martyrs Church in Kingsford and was grateful for the never ending faith of Father Joe. He moved to Oshkosh in May of last year to be closer to his son - who he loved dearly.

Adam is survived by son Deonte of Oshkosh; his mother Mary Maasch (Ken) Slattery of Sun Prairie WI; father Larry Haag of Kingsford; his siblings Taryn (Jesse) German of Shoshone ID, Jon (Jessica) Haag of Waunakee WI, Brittany Fehrman of Sun Prairie, Cassie Fehrman of Madison, Alek Haag of Iron Mountain, and Taylor Haag of Aurora; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The Sun Prairie Visitation will be from 4-6:00 PM on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Cress Funeral Home, 1310 Emerald Terrace with a memorial service to begin at 6:00 PM.

There will also be a memorial mass at American Martyrs in Kingsford at 11 am on February 5th.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family that will be establishing an education fund for Deonte.

Adam was full of life and had an amazing heart. His love and loyalty to those close to him was immeasurable. He enjoyed spending time and musky fishing at his dad's cottages - Haag's Haven, and four-wheeling with his son, Deonte. Nothing was more important to Adam than his family. He was a loving father, son, brother, and nephew. He will be dearly missed by all those that had the honor of knowing him and loving him.

I will always remember your smile, kind heart, and the way you made me feel special as your friend. I will miss our check-ins when you, as a proud father, shared memories of you and Deonte. Rest In Heaven My Friend. "
