"Lots of fond memories of Randy: Deer and Antelope hunting with Tod and my Dad in western Nebraska, fishing and pheasant hunting near Allen, trap shooting in Wayne, skiing in Colorado just to name a few. May he Rest In Peace, he will be missed by all who knew him. "

"Will always remember uncle Randy's warm smile and contagious laugh. We share the same birthday which I always thought was a special bond. I still have the china doll he brought back from Korea for me when I was just a toddler. My heart goes out to all his family and friends especially my aunt Nancy and cousins Tod and Sonya. Sending love and prayers."

Paul Snyder wrote on Feb 1, 2019:

"I could write a book about the fun we had with the Ellis family, and Randy was always right in the middle of it. From the go-cart to trapshooting with tracer loads, (including him shooting an ?attack owl? off the top of our roof) to just being there, a finer neighbor and friend cannot be found. My sincere sympathies to Nancy, Tod, Sonya and the entire family."

Matt and Sharon Swanson wrote on Feb 1, 2019:

"Oh, my, very fond memories of a down-to-earth, small town guy that lived an active, adventuresome life! He raised a great family so our heartfelt condolences to you, Nancy, Tod & Sonya and your families. Randy thought it was soooo funny when I face-planted on level ground while skiing so many years ago! Rest easy."
