"Dear Richards family, I am sorry I cannot be at Aunt Ruby's memorial. My earliest childhood memories of living in and visiting Burlington always include connections to the Richards family. Those memories are very special to meand seem like just yesterday; visits, dinners, and fun times. Thank you for sharing your Christian faith; "I'll meet you in the morning by the bright river side...""

"Ruby has always had us under her wing! The first Sunday we brought our baby daughter to church she ran home (when they lived on Summer St.) and got her camera so we could have a family picture!! Ruby always had a smile and big hug for us. So sorry that we are out of state and will miss the celebration of her life. She was a beautiful lady that will be missed by many. ??"

"My dad was friends with Ruby at Rosebush Gardens and I enjoyed visiting with her when I would occasionally go to bible study there. She always said my dad would sing at her funeral but he unfortunately passed two years ago. Now they are all together with their spouses and can sing together once again. What a sweet lady! "So sorry to hear of Ruby's passing but so thankful to know that she is now in heaven joining her family of angels she has missed so much! We loved Ruby as she lived next door to my parents, Phillip and Dortha Wood. She and Olen were such wonderful neighbors. As my parents went on to Klein's my son moved in and was also the recipient of many of Ruby's apple pies!! They were so kind and loving! Please know that we sincerely care!"
