Dolores Jean Senst
April 5, 1931 - March 3, 2019

Dolores Jean Senst, 87, of St. Charles, Died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Whitewater Health Services. She was born on April 5, 1931 in Rochester, MN to Alman and Gladys (Anderson) Syverson.
Dolores attended Rochester High School. After graduating from high school she met the love of her life, Clarence Senst. The two began dating and shortly after were married on September 21, 1950. Dolores was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in St. Charles where she served on the Ladies Aid with pride. She loved taking care of her family and preparing meals for them. Holidays and family events were a highlight for her. After everyone was taken care of, she loved to sit down and read. Eventually, once the kids were grown, she went to work as a school cook at the Elementary and High School.

Dolores is survived by her children, Randy (Edi) of Two Harbors, Janette (Mike) Sampson of Stewartville, Richard (Kathy) of Greensburg, KS and Robert Senst of Glencoe, MN, nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Carole Daniels of Charlotte, NC, Ann (Jerry) Single of Hayfield, MN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence and her parents.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2019 with a visitation one hour prior to the service at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, St. Charles. Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Plainview. In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Matthews Ladies Aid or St. Charles Foundation for Academic Excellence.
