Jayne A. Sinclair
March 16, 1937 - March 5, 2019

Jayne A. (McGloin) Sinclair, of Deerfield Beach, Florida, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, March 5, 2019, following a brief illness.

Born in the Roslindale section of Boston on March 16, 1937, one of three children born to loving parents, John J. and Alyce (Anderson) McGloin. Raised in Roslindale, Jayne graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas School in Jamaica Plain. She met and married the love of her life, Harold "Harry" Sinclair in 1959 and enjoyed 42 years of marriage before his death in 2001.

The family moved from Dedham, Massachusetts in 1977, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jayne was an avid Bridge Player, a fan of the New England Patriots and The Boston Red Sox. Although she has lived in Florida for many years, she never lost her love for her New England roots. Jayne was a communicant at St Ambrose Catholic Church.

Survived by her loving children, Allyson (Jim) Marietta, Pam (Bob) Coe, Bruce Sinclair and Greg (Jennifer) Sinclair, her adored 6 grandchildren, Jennifer (Nick) Kalogeropoulos, Tyler Marietta, Kayla Marietta, Brooke Sinclair, Sydney Sinclair and Cole Sinclair. Also survived by her dear brother, Jack McGloin and his wife Kathy Baxter-McGloin and devoted sister, Lynda McGloin, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation on Sunday, March 17th from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Horizon Funeral Home, 4650 No. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point 33064. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 380 So. Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, 33441. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Jayne loved her Irish heritage, so to honor that, the family are requesting that everyone wear something green.

Jayne will be laid to rest, next to her beloved Harry, at The Deerfield Beach Memorial Cemetery.
