"I?ve also very sad to see Dr. Castillo has passed away. He was one of my very first toy train contact from States after the web opened to our country. He helped me a lot to start my Marx collection and dedicated me a copy of his book on repairing Marx trains. He was always warm and friendly. I will always remember him."

"I've very sad to see Dr. Castillo has passed away. I never knew him, but I would have liked to. I have had the book he wrote on Marx trains and have always wanted to thank him for writing it. I was curious and looked on the internet and found he had just passed. Just looking at his pictures and seeing him and his family on the memorial video made me think it would have been very nice to know and visit with him."

"So sorry to learn of your Father and Mother's death. They were such a credit to the human race. Your Mother was one of my best friends when I lived in Quincy. The last time I stopped to see her was asleep and we decided not to wake her and she died shortly after that time. I have much respect for your Father. I know you will miss him."

"Please accept our deepest sympathy in the death of your loved one. Dr. was a wonderful person, whom we will remember in our thoughts & prayers always. As a radiologic technologist @ St. Mary Hospital, I (Nancy) worked with Dr. throughout his years as a neurosurgeon & had great respect for him, professionally & personally. Tom took his locomotive engine to Dr. for repair many times through the years & was always greeted with a friendly smile. We feel blessed to have known Dr. del Castillo."
