Judith "Judy" Ann Mullins, age 54, of 1208 N. 22nd, died November 20, 2012, at 1:20 pm in her home.

Judith was born October 6, 1958 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Donnie and Carol Jean Mullins.

She was a graduate of Quincy High School. She was employed as a dietitian at the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center.

Survivors include two sons, Larel Mullins of Quincy, and Seth Mullins of Quincy; two grandchildren, Nariah and Blake Mullins; and a step-father, Earl Spory of Quincy.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Junior Mullins.

Services: 2:00 pm Monday (November 26, 2012) at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, with Rev. Mickey Farlow, officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 - 2:00 pm Monday (November 26, 2012) at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.
