Monty Karoll wrote on Dec 12, 2012:

"I already miss Elsie very much. It was so nice to have her greet me at the information desk in the lobby of the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center on my way to or from work on the second floor of the building. Despite Elsie's health problems she was almost always ready to share her smile and cheerful disposition, not only with me but with the many people she encountered here daily. My thoughts and prayers go out to Elsie's family and friends as we try to deal with this hole she left in our hearts. Sincerely, Monty P.
