Yetive was born April 12, 1910 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of James Garfield and Susan "Susie" Benjamin Mosby. She married Virgil Bolden on August 5, 1933 in Quincy. He preceded her in death on October 8, 1963.

She loved playing bingo and spending time with her family and loved ones while living in Maryland with her son and devoted daughter-in-law, Hazel.

She will be greatly missed by all, especially her daughter-in-law, family and children, and those she considered to be her children and grandchildren as she would say with her famous two words, "That's Right".
