Carlene C. Koch, 76, 608 Wexford, Quincy, died Friday, January 18, 2002 at 10:30 pm at the Blessing Hospital.

She was born May 6, 1925 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Carl and Mabel Heilwagon Arp. On March 5, 1946, she married Willis L. "Charlie" Koch in Quincy. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1970.

She was a 1942 graduate of Quincy High School and was employed by the telephone company before her marriage. She was employed by W. T. Grant, Kirlins and State Street Store retiring in 1985. She also drove the Senior Citizens Bus.

Survivors include 4 children, Curtis Koch and his wife Carole, Naperville, IL ; Dennis Koch and his wife Teresa, Peoria, AZ; Mark Koch and his wife Pam, Peoria, AZ; Susan Feld and her husband Gilbert, Quincy; 2 grandchildren, Tia and Randy Koch, Peoria, AZ. She was preceded in death by her son David and 2 brothers Paul and Harry Arp.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, January 21, at Calvary Cemetery immediately following the visitation which will be held from 10 am- 11:30 am in the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Quincy Humane Society.
